TELECONSULTATION FOR PATIENTS

Ladies and Gentlemens!

You can send a clinical case for consultation to the specialists of the Department of Surgical Dentistry with Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic of M.Gorky Donetsk National Medical University and Donetsk Interregional Center of Children's Maxillofacial Surgery.
Anonymous consultation is possible. (You shouldn't indicate your passport data and analogical data about a patient.
Your sex and age should be indicated obligatory!).

The formats of requests:

  • General data (the first name, surname; place of employment; town, country; e-mail);
  • Case record (a short information about a patient)-1-2 pages;
  • Data of additional examinations in a form of:
    - Graphic files (X-ray pictures, tomograms, photographs etc. in the formats .jpg,.bmp,.gif, the size of such a file shouldn't comprise more than 70 kB.);
    - Text files     (specialists' conclusions in the formats .rtf, .htm, .doc);
    - Audio files     (audio versions of conversation with a patient etc. in the formats .mp3, .wav);
    - Video files (in the formats .avi, .mpeg);
  • Questions to a consultant.
